Hi folks!

After one month at "verdens end" we are back now. Iceland was a great experience - over and under water! Even if I was a bit disappointed from the sea diving (compared to what I am used to from Norway!) it was really great to explore new sites. Due to the fact that we had our own compressor it was just fantastic to go diving wherever you want...... even if I was often surprised how shallow it was and that the visibilities were really not the best.
However, over and under water Iceland has its highlights and we think we have seen just some of them. We have to thank Tobis Klose from Dive.is for his very kind assistance. Without any doubt he is someone to count on if you go to Iceland (also) for some dives.

A story about our tour will follow as soon as I can find the time for it. I will be on my base in Norway from about the 21. of June. Until the 18. or 19. I will stay in Germany.

Hope to see you in Norway this season! We have done some serious work on the base - for example the new harbour is finished and we will continue also during the summer....... season will be until end of October this year but please note that we cant offer diving there during September cause we will be on two tours with guests to Narvik/Lofoten and the deep sea corals and ghost sharks in the Trondheimfjord then.

Okay, have a nice summer and take care, har det bra og vi snakkes und machts gut und passt auf euch auf!

Sven (aka. Captain Kelp :-)

Silfra at Žingvellir...... best visibilities I ve ever seen!

I think Iceland and Norway have at least one thing in common: the white and the green winter!

Close-ups taken on dives from the shore.

Seals over- and underwater. We were told that they are often willing models underwater - but not fpr tourists, it seems.

My favorite photo from this tour!

The "Svartifoss". On Iceland there is a fuckin sign for every waterfall..... only the most beautiful one is well hidden!

This wolffish was not very happy to get disturbed by tourists.

Tour to warm water chimneys in North Iceland.
